Cool concept and art style but I feel that they didn’t really deal w some of the themes and characters in a great way culminating to a rushed and abrupt ending. They made Michiru so dumb, she learned something in an episode and forgets it in another which didn’t make her too likable in the end run. Anyways I’m the certified #1 Nazuna hater such an entitled selfish bitch. Not only did she act so bitchy throughout the series, manipulating people’s emotions for her gain but she also out right hates on her childhood friend who had supported her and been with her through hell and back? PLUS never apologized?? I’ve never felt such rage towards a character before.

i’m having some fun enjoying anime series and movies at the moment, i used to watch a few that were on netflix when i was like 14 but it’s nice to come back around to them and look at a variety! 

i thought this was a really cute series. i didn’t have any knowledge of the plot or anything about it when i decided to give it a go- i was purely drawn into the need to watch it by how eye catching the colours were and i really loved the character design! i wont lie, i cant help but love anime that includes anthropomorphic characters (like beastars cough bcs i finished that right before watching this lol)… idk why it’s just a really fun concept and you can have so many interesting plot points with that theme. 

i adored michiru and found her to be very easily likeable and i’m glad we didn’t see her in her human form too often because i found her beast man form so much more interesting and engaging. which is weird because i found shirou’s human form to be more interesting than his beastman form? i’m assuming that’s because he was OP as a beastman, especially since he’s the silver wolf. he and michiru’s dynamic was lovely, however i’m annoyed we didn’t get to see more of it during this season. i think that’s my problem with the entire thing actually, we didn’t get to see enough of the characters relationships with each other. i’m hoping that’s just because it’s a first season and hopefully it’ll develop when a season 2 comes out. 

also fucking obsessed with the ‘night running’ song they used!!!! it creates such a vibe!!!! LOVE IT!!!!
