I often find myself getting caught up in watching films/tv in the best format. Theatres when possible and if not, 4k discs with Dolby Vision/HDR10 and high bitrates. So when I travel, I try to pick things that I can watch that I won’t regret, given that I can only download content in 1080p, listen on AirPods and watch on a iPad next to a stranger on a plane. This is the perfect watch for that exact scenario. For starters, it’s black and white so you’re not missing out on any crazy visuals, while still enjoying great camera work. Second, the plot and acting are great and kept me asking for more, but nothing ground breaking to the point where I felt I was missing out by not viewing on a better set up. Third, it’s tame enough to where I didn’t feel guilty or ashamed if a colleague happened to see what I was watching. Next time you’re on a plane, give it a whirl and let me know if you agree. Can’t wait for the day where you can download in 4k.
