Fallen Angels

"They say that love can change a man. I start to find myself looking better and more charming, and suddenly I discover that I'm turning blonde.” seeing this in the cinema is probably the best thing that happened to me, just everything about this movie is visually appealing and just out of this world. wong kar wai is just one of the best directors ever and the fact that i even got the chance to see this in the cinema is just so fucking incredible, this movie is just me in general, i can't get over how perfect this is and how visually stunning it is in the cinema. i thought it was gonna be a bit discoloured due to the criterion being like that but it was like the dvd i have and my god im so happy it was like that. this is my favourite wong kar wai movie and the fact that i finally got see this in the cinema is just such a delight and such a privilege. the soundtrack is as amazing as always and the overall pacing is just quick as fuck and exactly what u need for this type of movie. the ending to this is such a beautiful and powerfully executed ending that i feel is honestly very underrated especially compared to in the mood for love and chungking express. the acting in this is just so good, everything in this movie is perfect tbf tho. this is also so fucking funny, i laughed way more than i thought i would considering this was my 6th rewatch, but genuinely this is so funny and i just wish everyone could watch this movie in the cinema as it's a genuinely fantastic experience  amazing movie
