Everything just works. The castings are some of the best in comic book movie history, even for minor characters. They all fit so well together that to me they are some of the living embodiments of these beloved characters. The writing as well is so goofy and fun that I can’t help but laugh and continuously smile while watching. I swear to god if there was live footage of my viewing you would see me grinning like a fucking idiot. This viewing is not only special for me but also for my twin brother who hasn’t ever seen this movie and who’s only exposure to Supes is Smallville, BVS, the LEGO games, and me rambling on about the character. While he wasn’t as enthusiast as me about the film he still loved it. This experience is one that I wouldn’t ever take back because dear god this movie is just fucking heat.
