Titanic
Endlessly rewatchable and tragic as ever, Titanic’s long, daunting runtime flies by. You never feel the length, you only feel it at the first twenty minutes or so. That second half felt like it only went on for around 30 minutes, not for half of the runtime.
I have never seen an emotionally rewarding film tie for the highest number of Oscars won from the visuals and spectacle of it all. If Cameron didn’t direct this, this would be dismissed as a forgettable film. I have to commend Cameron’s job, this film was a wonderful marvel to behold, something that wouldn’t have been possible if not for him.
DiCaprio is so hot in here. I prefer him in Catch Me if You Can though, that’s where his best acting is from what I’ve watched 🙈
