Dune: Part Two

"Cousin? Is that right?" SOME GOOD FUCKING FOOD. Actually the most monumental science fiction picture of the 21st century. Inject this shit straight into my veins dude. The second I got to Feyd-Rautha's fight scene I paused the movie and immediately bought the bluray online. There's just something so immediate and grand and I need to own it. I love the decision to frame the story largely from Chani's view, which both gives her more agency, and gives the audience an outsider perspective of Paul's rise that is missing and pretty dated in Herbert's books. I genuinely cannot wait to see where this goes because it's a pretty big departure from the novels, and a choice I love. I pray to god everyday that the full imax aspect ratio is released at some point. Or even a rerelease in theaters. Would kill to see some of the best visuals and sound in a film over the last 20 years in a theater again Man I love the movies. I'm also tired as hell but pumped up Hour 21
