Gerry

Visually stunning and perfect in every way I was completely not aware of Van Sant's ability. I had seen Good Will Hunting, and I really loved Elephant, but Gerry is on another level I feel like Gerry is queer, it is heart wrenching, it is throught provoking and it is incredible. There is so much time to sit in this, and I love the pacing. There is so much technical mastery here that I can't even beging to break down. It's incredible. The minutes-long walk scene of Gerry and Gerry mirroring eachother. The walk where they start as silhouettes in the sun, only to continue and take form. UGH it's so insane One of those movies that I can't review good enough. It's a completely unique experience for everyone, and it is now one of my favorite movies of all time. Incredible
