Django Unchained

picked this out for my stepdad and he had a blast, no real surprises.  rewatched this just under a month ago and i was worried this particular watch would be a bit of a slog but no, i feel like tarantino entered some sort of flow state which allowed him to have immense fun with every scene. as much as i adore inglorious basterds, it does have its dull moments in the middle. django does not. it is a tightly paced, gripping tale that revels in pure unashamed badassery. godbless.
