Arrival

One of the best sci-fi films of all time and the best ‘alien’ film of all time in my opinion. A drop-dead gorgeous looking film and my all time favourite film score, Johann Johannsson is one of the biggest losses to cinema this century. The sound design and visual design are both spectacular and create such depth in its world building. The perfect sci-fi film and the perfect first contact story.
