Moonlight is such an achievement to cinema, it has the greatest storytelling not just for coming of age films but for films in general. The cinematography and editing was fantastic, every shot just showed the true beauty of what the film had to offer. The cast was nothing but true genius, everybody elevated their characters the older they got and it feels like this was a film made within years. The film felt so authentic for what it was depicting. The film was just so beautiful in every way.
