Dune: Part Two
2024 rankedthis was my first rewatch since i saw it in theaters, and im so mad that i waited this long to experience this again. denis villenueve actually might be the greatest filmaker of the 21st century. perfect film. story? perfect. acting? perfect. score? perfect. dialogue? perfect. characters? perfect. vfx? perfect. fight choreohrograhpy? perfect. cinematography? perfect. i cannot wait for dune messiah. denis villenueve has already brought us 3 of the best sci-fi films ever made, and next year itll be 4. all-timer preformances from timotheé chalamet, rebbecca ferguson, austin butler, zendaya, javier bardem, and josh brolin. and dont even get my started on the cinematography. some of the most beautiful shots in all of film. i love the brutalist, but this definitely shouldve taken home best cinematography. an absolutely unreal acheivement in filmaking. i love this
