-They MUST have at least two talking dogs in the main cast. One Talking Dog simply will not do.
-They MUST have the dogs mouths moving. No Homeward Bound type stuff.
-They MUST have been released in theaters between 1995 and now, OR be a follow-up to a movie released in theaters.
