Overall I think that the story needs to be fleshed out more. I think the plot was very good and I loved reading the short summary about it and was excited to watch this movie but watching it I was bored at times. It was overall 50/50. The parts I loved were the erotic parts because I think that's where the writer/director put the most effort in because I felt uncomfortable but yet I could not get my eyes off the screen. But the scenes where it wasn't about this perverted relationship I kind of found myself bored at times and I wish those scenes were just more fleshed out before it was put on the screen overall I would watch this movie again. I find more things I like about it then things I hate about it. Like I love for the woman protagonist that she is an average looking 50 year old woman. Usually and more American films the woman would be this very hot and sexual lady but I like they did the opposite here. Because it just shows how perverted this relationship is and even if she was conventionally attractive it still wouldn't be right but you know damn well there's going to be some people that would find excuses if she was conventionally attractive. Also loved how it was shot and black and white even though this movie was made in the mid-2000s I love that stylistic choice. I just wish the parts where it was in about this perverted relationship we're just more flushed out and not boring compared to the other scenes.
