tried watching it in my own language, but the dialogue was so awkward i was dry-heaving and rolling my eyes like it was cardio. so had to switched to the dub before i gave myself a permanent neck injury.
im so sorry. im genuinely trying to like this because it’s a heist movie (part of it, yes), and i worship at the altar of a good heist. but when you shove a revenge arc, a clumsy detective mystery subplot, and a pandora’s box metaphor into the same plot and hope it sticks? the ambition is kinda cute. but the result? a slow burn to disappointment.
