This was so cute and sad.
I’m honestly surprised this isn’t a Netflix original. This is made for Sad Tik Tok edits to “If The World Was Ending”. Hell even “Die with a Smile”. It’s got Pretty White People in it!. Come on Tik Tok.
I kinda went into this thinking, “Oh, this will be really bad” As it went on, I found myself actually liking it. Cause it’s a very quiet melancholy movie. It’s got some lovely very human moments in it. Them having fun playing at an abandoned laser tag. Them breaking into a mansion and getting married there. The script isn’t the greatest thing in the world and there’s too much of that Radio Broadcast in the car doing much of the extra world building which I dislike.
Maybe I’m just in love with The West of America but I love the cinematography and locations in this.
Though can someone please tell the director that they have to make sure that the cgi has to be out of focus aswell when they composite it onto an out of focus shot.
