Not my favorite marvel flicks but I was entertained by it overall. It felt as if this one was dicking around more than others, like it just wasn’t as interesting as the first one. It has some great scenes like drunk iron man and also the fight with the drones but the majority of the rest of the film is pretty forgettable. Hammer was annoying. The Monaco part was dumb with him driving his own car and stuff but whatever. The main antagonist guys motive wasn’t great overall, it was pretty basic revenge story which felt really bland. It more felt like he was trying to kill iron man because he wanted to instead of revenge. Overall it’s fun to watch but not much to hold on to. I’d watch again though.

while certainly being a bit weaker than the first, this is honestly a solid sequel to iron man 1 and there’s some fun stuff in here

i need more war machine x iron man moments in my life. i could watch a whole 15 minute fight segment with them taking on opponents. i want to say that this is my favorite iron man installment, but i love them all equally. i kind of wish they introduced ivan as crimson dynamo instead of whiplash, that probably would’ve made for a better fight at the end.
