Of the three films in Ti West's trilogy, MaXXXine seems the least inspiring. The 80’s look appealed to me and seemed promising at first, alas for me, the final act was a complete failure. The killer's identity was too clear.
i’d describe this as chic, colourful, gritty, gruesome, dull, disorganised, somewhat forgettable and meaningless.
