I sat through the credits in anticipation of “Shot on iPhone 7” to appear but it was sadly in vain.
Honestly couldn't tell if this was a critique of Christianity or weirdly in support of those Christian end-of-the-world conspiracy theories (like there are even multiple B-roll shots of 5G towers which definitely gave me an ick).
Easily the lowest budget film I’ve seen in theaters and this was not made for theaters. The camera quality is so bad you can see every pixel on the big screen with terrible sound quality to accompany it.
I am glad this exists though. It’s fun to see such a low budget project that obviously some people put some time into. Also I had some good laughs: the supporting cast were such horrible actors they were hilarious. The dialogue is something that you would learn never to do in the first year of film school. Like the main guy had to talk into his phone to narrate exactly what we were seeing at all times.
Some decent effects but the upside cross taped onto the antichrist guy was a bit comical. The problem is you could barely tell because the editing whenever a horror ‘moment’ happened switched into the Saw style mixed with something from an 80s Ghostbusters rip off.
