Interesting as a companion piece to “the flying guillotine.” However, despite the interesting choice to mostly follow the villian of the film, it mostly just feels like a lesser F.G. The dragon missiles simply are not as cool as the hat that kills people. The solution to stop them is also infinitely lamer than the metal umbrellas used to stop the guillotine. Just an okay watch overall.
