Oscar, a nine-year-old boy who is unable to speak, struggles to adapt in the small fishing town he has just moved to with his widowed, hard-working mother Evelyn. Because of a broken film format camera, an unlikely friendship develops between Oscar and kindly workshop owner Eric.

Saw some really bad reviews about this film and I knew I had to check it out and I don't regret the one hour I was glued to my screen watching how Oscar traversed this new town and how he met his Buddy.
One thing I learned is sometimes silence reveals a lot more than we expect.
