Caught this on TCM while working from home. This is the queeniest stuff I’ve ever seen. I loved the music numbers—Gogi Grant is an amazing playback singer, and Ann Blyth is lip syncing for her life and then some. Also there’s this one scene with this drunk diva named Dawn, actress uncredited, and she excoriates Helen with like the most cunt line delivery ever. Whoever u are, u should’ve been a star.
