Hercules, Johnny Cage, Two-Face, and Quark are in this. Definitely a bad movie (the lead kid is a bad actor and a terrible character, there’s a lot of boring procedural stuff, and a Boston accent that slips around haphazardly) but it’s weird and has some great/dumb moments.
