This is one of the best short films of these years, you can see the passion and effort that the filmmakers had, just watch the video documentaries found on YouTube about how they made it, the story is simple but ingenious and deals with interesting topics such as ambition of power and patriotism.
P.S. It also feels like a Wes Anderson project in some parts.
