Seeing Vince Vaughn as a villain is really weird. Love the concept. Super short movie.

The only reason why I chose to watch this film was because I wanted to see some john travolta and vince vaughn action.. but instead it had me yelling at the screen because of how incompetent and stupid the characters are. Not only do you get the cliche dismissive mom who doesn't want to believe her own son and chooses her fancy new rich murderer of a husband - BUT you also get a couple of cops who don't know how to do their damn job. Even the kid was weirdly on my bad side too just because he doesn't have the damn balls to say shit in court (A COURT MIND YOU). Plot holes were all over the place with the way everyone was written to be dumb.
Only thing I liked about the film was the cinematography and the location settings. North Carolina seems worth visiting. How unfortunate.
