A cinematic absurdist masterpiece that breaks all rules and boundaries of the medium. Kaan Varlı’s exceptional and idiosyncratic filmmaking style elevates the magnificently written Tati-esque script. The post modernist approach it takes to comment on social politic subjects is told wonderfully and with great detail. As the film moves on, it’s very clear to see that the set production and the acting progressed too. This is a new standard for arthouse cinema and a new standard for movies in general. I congratulate and envy Kaan Varlı’s cinematic vision and I want every new director to watch this film so they could be aspired to make better movies, but unfortunately they wouldn’t succeed as nobody can top this. Until Varlı makes something better, this is the best.
