the 2008 vibes of this... with the editing and animated graphic moments... oh it ruled. really great movie about community and resistance. palestinians taking inspiration and solidarity from black american hip hop was cool to see, and how that livened the community and brought hope. even as things now get worse and worse, the prevailing message of hope & community here was inspiring. the final words of the movie being "there's still good in the world, my friend" was great. also the music BANGED!!! all of these artists better be on spotify!
