A really poor film. However, the absolute chills that tore through me when Marlene Dietrich not only appeared, but went on to sing. A godly experience. She is one of the best ever, screen presence doesn’t begin to do it justice.

I really wanted to like it because it’s Bowie and it’s pride month and the movie is kinda queer but…it was just so clunky and dull. I could sort of maybe see its potential and what they were going for (?), so it’s a real shame it wasn’t executed well and wasted its star power. But anyway Sydne Rome is beautiful and I liked when Bowie was holding the pig and giving it little kissies :)
