The story had charm... may kilig sa idea ng exes teaming up to stop their daughter’s wedding. Marvin and Jolina still have that nostalgic chemistry na sinasabi ng mga longtime fans, and to be fair, their scenes had moments that tried to reach for something emotional. But somewhere along the way, it just didn’t land for me. Maybe it’s me, or maybe I’ve grown tired of love stories that try to convince me kilig is enough.
The plot was okay, may patutunguhan naman, may puso, pero may mga eksenang parang unrealistic... na parang sinulat lang for convenience, not conviction. Ayokong magsinungaling sa sarili ko just to like it more than others actually did. I wanted to feel something deep… but all I got was a fleeting smile.
