❝What is this? Are they filing cases or seeking revenge?❞

This was an interesting film that only really picked up during the second half. I really like courtroom dramas when they're done well, and while Court highlighted issues that unfortunately still plague us today, it wasn't executed in a way that allowed it to reach its full potential. While the first half was necessary to understand what was going on, the romance was very cringey and hard to watch. It also wasn't told in a very interesting way, so it felt like an eternity by the time the film got to the actual court scenes. The acting was decent, though, and to me Sivaji really stood out because of how much I wanted to stab Mangapathi. Priyadarshi was pretty good, and portrayed Teja as a very likeable underdog, but he and Sivaji overshadowed everyone else.
All in all, I think the message of the film is very important and meaningful, but Court itself is only sufficiently entertaining.
