One of the more entertaining Segal’s not because it’s good at all, but just because of the general talent around him and silliness of the script. A lot of musicians cast in this, which makes the scene where Segal shows off his guitar talent even funnier. He also REFUSES to kill anyone in this, but he’ll display impeccable aim by shooting around them and pour toxic waste on them. After all, the true villain he’s trying to fight is… pollution?

Ludicrous but not quite to the heights of primo SS. There's an arc that is completely insane - unexpected sexual violence ickiness - and Harry Dean Stanton's Steinbeckian simpleton. Glowing green chemicals, some small but well executed action, and a church burning.

Still, an EPA agent putting a gun in a cop's mouth is pretty great.
