Great practical effects. I wasn’t expecting it to get gnarly so I was pleasantly surprised. And that, to me, puts it a bit above Tarot (2024). That’s not to say I loved this film though. The acting was a bit all over the place at times and the dialogues certainly didn’t help. I also hated some of these characters… like people are literally dying in front of you after y’all got out of a spooky incident and you still refuse to believe danger is afoot??? once is a coincidence but after the second time??? The third time???? They pissed me off so bad.
