Such a brilliant short film. This film has a lot to say, and has some great commentary on colonialism, forced assimilation and the stolen generation. This film is so bold, thought provoking, distinct and has some truly unforgettable imagery. The blatantly fake sets just add to this unbelievable feeling of isolation the film gives, and on top of that visual flare. Just an unsettling, yet incredible short film that I will be left thinking about for a very long time, accompanied with one of the most unique visual styles I have ever seen. Tracey Moffatt needs more attention!
