I’m still slightly growing my appreciation for SOV horror but I don’t love it so far. There’s something about the slow editing and shots being paired with the bad acting that gets me out of the moment for me. I appreciate the effort this had, trying to blend in horrific humor with a little mystery element to it. To be fair, it had decent twists.
A man gets his dick bitten off by a lesbian. A man masturbates in a car and gets it broken off due to a car crash. This has so many weird scenes where you couldn’t even expect where it was going to go. I find it hilarious that these zombies come alive when they insert a dildo into their ass.
I wish there was more random shit happening to keep the film running with its insanity. I’m not a fan of the nude scenes as it’s literally excessive and has no point to be included. I kinda liked the mystery element to it although it’s nothing too deep. But Gore Whore is one of the better no-budget horror films I’ve seen.
