For whatever reason this film is nostalgic for me and even though the amateurish nature by which it is shot is front and centre it still manages to feel fluid, emotional and powerful. Decent acting all around. I actually feel like the amateur acting works better in some scenes for some reason like, for example, the scene where Josh and Brad have a scrap. The raw anger just seems more real. You can tell this film had a low budget, at times the plot dwindled, and the film may have lacked some character development, however, I still feel like this is a really well done film all around. I somehow find myself revisiting this film time and time again and it hits just as hard every time. Love how brutal and raw the action is. Even if it cuts away from the climax of each fight scene, it still adds to the weight of the film each time. I recommend this film to anyone.
