Surprisingly gnarly compared to the other two, with actually decent action and fight choreography. The story and performance are absolute nonsense, and the ninjas exclusively fight in bright daylight and high is always hilarious. If only Ninja 3 had this level of quality (which is really damning about Ninja 3 because this movie is NOT good).
