this is over 100 years old - and yet it still has the power to move and entertain and bore and excite and whatever else you might decide to take from this early experimental film - and thus is the beauty of the medium - it is perfectly preserved in time
i don't mean to get profound over moving shapes, but having seen so many different films and shorts recently, it really does get you appreciating film - no matter if it's poor or perfect
