liked way more on rewatch! Fung is actually the best ever loved her character!!! always stole the show. a messed up love story with cannibalism, insanity, dark humour & Anthony Wong, absolutely great watch! i even prefer this one to the first now, mostly though just because Fung is so cool

UNTOLD STORY 2 is a HK CAT III beast of its own. While it doesn’t quite go off in terms of bizzarro kills, as I had presumed, the film does setup quite interestingly. The film opens with full frontal female nudity, a woman terrorized and set on fire in a public cubicle to comical policeman Anthony Wong. 

The first half is interesting but it really does start to devolve into mundane, true-crime soap without a climax ending. Overall, the remastered edition of this film does showcase 90s Hong Kong cinematically.
