As someone who really enjoyed the first film and still had fun with the second one, watching this was a completely different experience and didn't feel anything like the other two films.
Why they bothered making this without the majority of the main characters is beyond me with next to no mention of them at all.
Not only is this film lacking the actual football side in comparison to its prior films, my biggest issue is that this film is not at all about Santiago who is supposedly the main character of the trilogy and he features almost as a cameo.
All in all, huge let down to finish this story
with the most entertaining scene probably being the 2006 world Cup compilation I could have watched on YouTube.
