I kept saying to myself that John Candy's sunburn in this movie was so bad, but then I remembered, I've never not been burnt after a day at the beach. Evil world we live in.

<i>Summer Rental</i> is one of the movies of all time. If you asked Siri what is the most average film ever made, I wonder how long it'd take her to say this. Although, there was an 80s summer vibe to it that I absolutely adored. The cast is witty and seem to have good chemistry. I just feel like I'll forget I ever watched this in about a week.
