I'm confused by how so many usually alright actors signed on for such a shit show.
The stories that intertwine are erratic and poorly executed, but parts are alright so I have to wonder what happened and if it could have been saved.
D'onofrio is the absolute wooooorst but has the most screeen time, and on the other end of the spectrum Thomas Jane is fantastic and only in it briefly.
