A very intimate and nice documentary with little payoff. The other Christo installations faced more adversity, whether that be beforehand or during the building. The Island only faces a little bit of the former, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Just doesn’t interest me as much. I would have loved for more interviews with civilians and the builders!
