Having just worked in a student union for a year and seen firsthand the struggle in universities between cultural change and reactivity, I found this so incredibly smart and sensitive and comprehensive in its appreciation for the value of academia, but also diversifying that world. Amanda Peet is a really talented writer/producer! She should've acted in this too. Oh and Duplass are both really lovely, as are the daughter and grandfather. The Korean/American culture clash stuff did, obviously, remind me of Minari.
The best thing Benioff and Weiss have ever been involved in... By far.
