I have mixed feelings about Raja Rani. On one hand, Arya and Santhanam are an excellent comedic duo, and a lot of Jai's scenes are also really funny; on the other hand, the plot heavily involves the miscommunication trope, which I absolutely can't stand. The non-linear storytelling is done pretty well, but the characters are very unlikeable and it's kinda difficult to root for any of them. In terms of acting, no-one really stood out to me, but the main cast gave decent performances on the whole. With that being said, however, I think I'll stick to just watching the comedy scenes, since you can skip a lot of the more dull parts of the film while still understanding what's going on.
