Great documentary with lots of helpful insights. my deepest gratitude for Universal's restoration which helped critics and audiences embrace the film. With great screenplay, fascinating and dizzy intro, the color grading and palete is a visual style with realistic yet mystical tones, great plot twist, and the acting performance of Jimmy Stewart was at his finest. Sadly, when the film went public in 1958, the public underrated this masterpiece and Hitchcook blamed Jimmy for looking too old and not being a good match for Novak, which he claimed contributed to the film's box office failure, which also led to a rift in the once-perfect couple, Alfred and Jimmy. Painfully, Vertigo got kicked out of the Top 250 recently and such a shame its only got 4.2 star rating. Definitely, Vertigo is the best Hitchcock work of arts.
