for a product of its time, and the setting it took place in, this film is surprisingly entertaining and very thoughtful with its themes of cycle of violence and the way of nurturing one's child determines the kind of person they would be. also the music parts and the soundtracks are so clearly influenced by the bollywood movies, which adds to the entertainment values of this movie. also somehow very funny (either intentionally or not) and felt very modern in its execution of some scenes. well choreographed too for a movie of the 80s, even the child performer did the stunts so well it's CRAZYYYY honestly very well made and well directed movie
