Magnetic Tape - AWESOME start to the b-reels of ABC'S! The eyebleed colors and powerangers costumes were perfect. 8/10
Maieusiophobia - Beneath every claymation short is a clinically broken guy. I didn't quite understand this short but man it made me feel icky. 6/10
Mailbox - COUNT DRACULA FANFIC RRAAAAA!! Jk but I just saw Nosferatu so I really was hype for a vampire short. 8/10
Make Beleive - Didn't think too much of this one, loved the rancid worm shot though. 5/10
Malnutrition - Every zombie short in the ABC's series always tries something really odd, and this one was just off. Especially when there was another, much much better zombie short in this movie. 3/10
Manure - FUCK YEAH POOP GOLEM! 9/10
Marauder - Great to see a mad max rip WITH an old dude who drinks from a skull. The black-and-white just made it all the more camp. 9/10
Mariachi - Hate to see both a sick death metal band and a kickass mariachi band overshadowed by a kinda lousy action scene. Loved the band name tho. 6/10
Marriage - Is love required in marriage? Maybe. Are that guy's shoulder's crazy wide? Yes. 5/10
Martyr - Jesus Jr. was fantastic, I LOVED this one! Super cool premise and really fantastastic characters. 9/10
Matador - Killers with a theme always appeal to me, but this one was just wayyyy to short! Barely had any time to care about anyone involved. 6/10
Meat - Legit if every media in the world changed to stop motion I could die happy. This was so beautiful and wierd and awesome. 10/10
Mermaid - Made me laugh with the twist at the end. But otherwise, it was just somewhat forgettable. 5/10
Merry Christmas - Nothing beats a Krampus reference! Plus I was absolutely hooked by these two characters' interactions (undercommon British is my shit). 7/10
Mess - Oh come on,more fetish shorts? I guess it could have been MUCH much worse... 2/10
Messiah - Pains me to say it but I just didn't get this one! Masks were awesome but otherwise the plot and kills felt boring. 4/10
Mind Meld - Quirky idea backed up with some really fantastic body horror! I couldn't figure out if this was torture or a kink tho. 7/10
Miracle - Rapid descent into madness with this one but I kinda liked it. Donnie Darko fans wya. 6/10
Mobile - Super low-budget but the concept was cute! Just wish I saw more on-screen. 4/10
Mom - Teach me how to make practical makeup look that good PLEASSSEEE!! The kid was also so cute in this, and I loved the comedy. 10/10
Moonstruck - Upsides of papercraft: it looks SUPER cool! Downsides... it really doesn't work with flashbacks cut into the story. 2/10
Mormon Missionaries - Vexed me with the ties and glasses at first but it was a very clever way to hint at the theme! Gore was pretty solid too. 7/10
Mother - Well I guess every 3D renderer has to start somewhere... right? 1/10
Muff - X-treme color gradients ROCK! The kill was sorta clumsy but I enjoyed the music! 5/10
Munging - Yay gross fetish stuff again! Woohoo! At least the corpse effects looked good. 2/10
Mutant - Zapped me back to reality once the two cowboys came on screen... did that sorts feel like a weird self-insert to anyone else? 3/10
Can't believe that was the last in the series! It's bittersweet knowing I've now seen all the highs and lows of ABC's... Here's to hoping they make more!
This movie in particular did not have as many high highs and lows lows as compared to 1 and 2 (very few 1/10 and 10/10 scores in this movie!). Meaning they were much more consistent; a good and bad thing in my opinion. The best part of the ABC's series is they break you down with some real garbo so you can be THRILLED when you get an actually good nugget of gore.
