Movie is fine for a B movie noir. It’s only around 80 minutes which is nice, but would’ve been nice to be able to flesh out of some of the characters more.
But as a critique of prisons, it’s effective. Hopefully it is less this way now, but it is wild how literally anything can happen without consequence since society doesn’t care about prisoners and they don’t have any sort of protection.
