Young Christopher Lee! Silly Donald Sutherland! A unique (to me) horror thing! This was a pretty neat movie and I wasn’t expecting anything, but I liked it quite a bit.
Things I liked: I liked seeing a silly Donald Sutherland. I feel like I see a lot of old Donald and he’s a lil bit more serious when he’s older. Also I only just now realized he played THREE characters in the movie and that’s hilarious I live. Also, I feel like having the person with dwarfism be, really, the main hero of the movie feels progressive? There’s problematic bits still, to be sure; but he felt like a good, well designed character.
Questions I had: is that off base? Is Antonio De Martino’s character progressive for the era?
