Four bloodthirsty demons stow away on a truck belonging to the owners of a carnival attraction and, after arriving at the fairgrounds, hole up inside the ride, which becomes a sensation after patrons believe the creatures are part of the show.

Incredibly stupid. It was better than the first because there were actual ghoulies in it. But I think this movie should be banned worldwide for even attempting to be even slightly similar to gremlins 2

A groovy Ghoulies sequel thats better than the first. This one gets it right and lets the Ghoulies be little gross assholes causing shenanigans, but everything else still feels like a B-grade Gremlins rip off.
