Lina is sick in the hospital, she thinks that she has a daughter; one day she attacked by a nurse and escapes from the hospital. She returns to her home after several years and plans to live with her imaginary daughter again.

It feels like they really learned from the last two movies. 'Cause they literally combined both concepts. I love the way they sticked to the first film's concept that describing a ghost as a manifestation of a forgotten memories/trauma from the past. I also love the way this film teach us that we have to embrace our trauma and live with them.
